If customers have a Hotels.com Rewards account, can they ask for the nights they have booked to be credited to their account?
No. Even if customers have a personal account for the Hotels.com Rewards program, they cannot ask for the nights booked through the travel agency to be credited. These nights will not therefore count towards the ten nights needed to get one free hotel night.
